Dear all,
As part of the PANCON & DEVCON 2026 (PANTHEON N.E.X.T.) conference, we are preparing a program of presentations where we want to place concrete real-life examples in the foreground – short, dynamic presentations with a clear business impact, rather than classic “feature” presentations.
This year’s event places a special emphasis on transactional services, eBusiness, and business process automation (e.g. eInvoices, eMessaging, ePostings, integrations, automated workflows, real-time data, etc.). Therefore, we expect most proposals to focus on these topics or, more broadly, to be aligned with the strategic directions of PANTHEON N.E.X.T.
We therefore invite you to submit your presentation proposals (case studies) by 31 January 2026, in which you will present:
- a specific customer / project,
- the business challenge,
- the solution using PANTHEON (and other included solutions), and
- measurable results (time savings, fewer errors, better control, increased efficiency, etc.).
For each proposed presentation, please provide:
- Working title of the presentation
- Duration: 10–15 minutes + optional 5 minutes Q&A
- Name(s) of the presenter(s) and company (partner, USD, user/customer …)
- Industry and basic description of the customer
(can also be anonymized, e.g. “a large manufacturing company in the food industry”) - Short summary (max. 5–7 sentences per section), covering:
- Customer challenges (Challenge),
- Solution with PANTHEON (Solution),
- Key results / benefits (Results)
- Presentation language (SI / HR / SR …)
Please SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL no later then January 31, 2026.
Submitted proposals will be reviewed by a committee at Datalab Tehnologije and DL SUBs. If your presentation is selected, you will be notified after the selection process.
For more information on how to prepare your proposal, please refer to the Detailed Guidelines for Preparing the Proposal (see below).
Detailed Guidelines for Preparing the Proposal
As sample references to help you shape your proposals, we are sharing the following examples
(password: SuMMit2025!):
- Posting by Additional Dimensions Across the Entire PANTHEON – EKO FLOR (PPT – LINK – HERE)
- Automated Distribution Lines – Real-Time Integration of PANTHEON in Warehouse Operations – ASGETO (PPT – link – HERE)
- Case Study: Prva TV – Media-Specific ERP Integration with PANTHEON – PRVA TV (PPT – link – HERE)
Presentations should follow a similar logic:
Short introduction of the customer / project
- who the customer is (industry, size, key activities),
- basic context (e.g. pharmaceutical distribution, cost tracking by dimensions, advertising sales).
Challenge
- clearly describe 1–3 key problems, e.g.:
- “need for multi-dimensional cost tracking”
- “500+ orders per day and the need for an automated distribution line”
- “20 days per month spent on manual invoice issuing for advertising”
Solution
- how the challenge was solved using PANTHEON and additional components:
- which PANTHEON modules / granules / e-services were used,
- whether there was tailor-made ARES/SQL development or integration with external systems
(e.g. KNAPP, Arianna, B2B portal …), - what was the core idea of the solution
(e.g. dimensions across all modules, real-time machine connectivity, automated ad billing by rating).
Results
- concrete effects, ideally quantified:
- time savings in reporting / invoicing,
- reduction of errors,
- better transparency of costs and revenues,
- improved warehouse productivity, etc.
- you may also add a short customer quote (if available).
Technical specifics (optional, brief)
- Explanation of architecture or key technical highlights for more advanced audiences
(e.g. use of ARES procedures, external system integrations, real-time dashboards …), similar to the attached examples.
Presentation time frame: 10–15 minutes + optional 5 minutes Q&A.
