Practical Examples
Using the fictional accounting firm Pecunia d.o.o., which manages a large number of client companies, we will demonstrate how accountants can quickly check the financial status of clients using the Accounting Console.
The firm employs three accountants with different roles — from a beginner to a payroll specialist — allowing us to show the console from various user perspectives.
We will also explore a concrete example of a fictional client (Tecta), which uses local licenses and additional modules, to illustrate how the accountant can advise the client on VAT, liquidity, and cost structure, and how the director can access key business data remotely using mobile access — even when out of office.
